Their planning and attentiveness to detail made the trip perfect. All of the guides and drivers were prompt, courteous, and very informative. The hotels they picked were great and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were VERY helpful and constantly making sure everything went smoothly with our travels. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

We enjoyed all aspects of our trip. Everything went very smoothly, from the transfers, to getting tickets for the trains, to meeting up with the tour guides. The tour guides were excellent: knowledgeable, interesting, friendly, and professional. Roxanne, Agostina, and they did an excellent job of executing our agenda, by booking well located hotels, and taking care of all the details of our trip. They worked tirelessly with us to fine tune our agenda.

The trip over all was excellent, there were no issues with pick ups, meeting times, or transfers. Drivers and guides were all very professional and nice. Guides very knowledgeable. Hotels were great and very well located!! All in all a great experience on the trip.

From the arrival to departure the trip was flawless! We had one, sometimes two, tours daily. Some were private (just the 2 of us) and some were small group (6 -8 people). The hotel was centrally located with a friendly and knowledgable staff! Most impressive were the tour guides...

We had an absolutely wonderful trip to Spain and Portugal that was organized by Natalia. It was the first big trip by my wife and I (now retired) and everything turned out great. The day tours and side trips were wonderful and the special touches were great. We even celebrated my birthday while we were in Barcelona. We changed a couple of things while we were on the road and the support team was fantastic. They were available 24/7.

We had the most amazing experience way beyond our expectations. The whole trip went so smoothly thanks to the incredible planning. The staff, the hotels, the tour guides and the drivers were excellent. I needed an extra day because we were flying out of Madrid. Alex made all the arrangements for transfers and the hotel so we could fly home without inconvenience.

The guides. Extremely knowledgeable, fluent in English, willing to adapt to our interests/needs, best we've ever had.
Their partners. They (I think) use in-country partners to locate drivers/guides and hotels. This means we got high quality in all cases.
